These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The nonprofit Launcher website (www.thenonprofitlauncher.org) 

We assume that by accessing this website you accept these terms and conditions in full. In addition, we assume you accept to be subject to any guidelines and rules applicable to the services included herein. Do not continue to use NPL’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any or all agreements by the Company: “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” "NPL," "BBB Coaching," and “Us,” refers to our company, The Nonprofit Launcher. “Parties,” refers to both the Client and ourselves, and “Party” refers to either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

We employ the use of cookies. By using The Nonprofit Launcher website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with NPL's Privacy Policy. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of those areas and for ease of use for visitors.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, NPL/BBB Coaching and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all content and material on The NPL Website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print material from www.thenononprofitlauncher.org for your own personal use subject to restrictions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

NPL does not screen, edit, publish, or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website. Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of NPL/BBB Coaching, its agents, or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts them. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, NPL will not be responsible or liable for the Comments, or for any loss, cost, liability, damages, or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of, and/or posting of, and/or appearance of the Comments on this website. NPL/BBB Coaching reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which it considers in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so.
• The Comments do not infringe on any intellectual property rights, including without limitation: copyright, patent or trademark, or other proprietary right of any third party.
• The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material or material which is an invasion of privacy
• The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom, or present commercial activities or unlawful activities.
• You hereby grant to Nonprofit Launcher & BBB Coaching a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and authorize others to use, reproduce, and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.

Termination Clause 

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services, registered accounts, and/or the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behavior on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behavior from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the client. NPL/BBB Coaching will notify the client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. 

Payment Policy 

The Company accepts credit card payments and processes such payments through Stripe. Some of your data will be passed to Kajabi, such as information required to process or support the payment, the purchase total, billing information, etc. Please review NPL's Privacy Policy and Refund Policy for more information and before signing these Terms and Conditions. By signing these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by Grace Possible’s Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. 

Please note that by making a purchase on our website, you are automatically signed up for our mailing list. If you prefer not to remain on the mailing list, you may unsubscribe at any time. 

Disclaimer

The NPL/BBB Coaching website, all its components, and its services are intended for informational and Educational purposes only. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the website, other communications, or in person. And the Company will not be responsible or liable for any errors or omissions in information provided. 

While we endeavor to ensure that the information on this website and in all communications is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy. Nor do we commit to ensuring that the website will remain available or that materials on the website will be kept current.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that the company, Nonprofit Launcher, and its agents, are not medical practitioners nor licensed therapists.
